Leaf Guide purchase terms

These terms apply to purchases made through Leaf Guide’s Stripe checkout links. They sit alongside any written project proposal or service agreement. Non-waivable rights under applicable law continue to apply.

Merchant and payment processing

Leaf Guide payments are processed through the ONEPARK DIGITAL Stripe account. Stripe shows the merchant, amount, currency, payment method, and checkout terms before payment is confirmed. Prices on Leaf Guide are stated in New Taiwan dollars unless otherwise shown.

Taiwan Tea Trip Pack founding pre-order

  • The founding pre-order price is NT$490, charged once.
  • This is a pre-order. It is not an immediate full-edition download.
  • The finished digital pack will be emailed to the address used at checkout when it is ready.
  • The public preview and free Starter Guide remain free whether or not you pre-order.
  • You may request a full refund before the final paid edition is delivered. After delivery, refund requests are reviewed for duplicate payment, inaccessible or corrupt files, or a material mismatch between the delivered pack and the description on the sales page.

Leaf Guide Sites website setup

  • The founding setup fee is NT$29,800.
  • The Stripe setup deposit is NT$14,900 and is credited against the setup total.
  • The remaining NT$14,900 is handled under the written project scope before launch.
  • The detailed scope, content responsibilities, revision allowance, timeline, and acceptance criteria are confirmed in writing before production work begins.
  • If Leaf Guide Sites declines the project before work begins, the setup deposit is refunded. If the client cancels after work begins, the written proposal controls the treatment of the deposit and completed work.
  • Paying for website work never buys a Leaf Guide ranking, award, recommendation, review, or preferential editorial treatment.

Managed website subscription

  • The current managed-service price is NT$2,980 per month.
  • The subscription is intended for approved clients whose website launch has been confirmed.
  • Billing continues monthly until cancelled under the applicable service agreement.
  • Cancellation stops future renewal. A month that has already started is not automatically prorated, except where required by law or agreed in writing.
  • Included requests, response targets, support channels, and work outside the monthly allowance are defined on the service page and in the client agreement.

Digital delivery and contact information

Buyers are responsible for entering an email address they can access. Keep the Stripe receipt. If delivery information is incorrect or a receipt cannot be found, contact shin.park@leaf-guide.com with enough information to locate the purchase. Do not send full card details by email.

Changes to offers

Leaf Guide may change prices, package scope, or future availability. A completed purchase is governed by the offer and price shown at the time of checkout, together with any written proposal accepted for a service project.
